My name is Daniel Barton, I am 25 years old and have spent most of my life growing up here in Petersfield. I am currently working on several novels, as well as writing poetry in my spare time. I also own a rolwplay board for those that like to do a bit of online fantasy roleplaying, the game is based upon the series I am writing. I first started writing stories at the age of twelve, when my english teacher, with whom I had become good friends, told me that he had published a book and I decided that's what I wanted to do aswell. After finishing school, I went to college and did a course in IT, but left during the second year for personal reasons. My love for computers was at its height then and I began teaching myself web design, starting off with a small website that changed host several times before I finally settled with one I was happy with, and so the Demon Shrine was born. I returned to college in January 2007 to do a course in web design and will be attending college again in september 2008. I have performed poetry twice in Petersfield, both times at Write Angle and both times to a massive applause, with many people commenting on how vivid my poetry was and some even telling me in town that they were still discussing my poetry weeks later.
